Lilly Mathews one of our 15 year old Junior Crew members, took her first steps towards becoming a full Crew member at 18, by leading the launch of our Lifeboat today. Lilly, working under supervision, led a Crew of 4 on her first launch. Junior Crew members can apply to join us from the age of 14 years old. They are unable to take part in call-outs or working in rough conditions but other than that are involved in all Crew activities. Well done Lilly.
