RLSS Bravery Award to Colin Plummer

After being thwarted by COVID restrictions for so long, we have finally been able to present our ex-Coxswain, Colin Plummer, with the prestigious Certificate of Recognition awarded to him last year. The award by The Royal Lifesaving Society UK is for the part he played in rescuing two women from a burning house. Colin potentially put his own life at risk, as a member of the public, which is what he does every time he goes out on a shout with the lifeboat. We are immensely proud of him; well done, Colin.
