CALLOUT 17-04-2023

At 18-20 hrs today Lifeboat was paged by Humber Coastguard to assist with the search for a person missing in the Mundesley area. The lifeboat was tasked to searched from Vale Road Mundesley to the Coastwatch lookout at Happisburgh. The Crew were retracing their search area back to Mundesley when the person was found safe and well in Mundesley village. Bacton Coastguard and Norfolk Police were also involved in the search.This tasking by Humber Coastguard was the first launch for our new lifeboat, which performed well throughout the incident.
